We deployed 1.1.3 today
A new version was deployed today.
Here is a list of new features and fixes:
- Ability to edit a previously submitted strategy
- New MACD indicator
- Ability to chain indicators
- All indicators can be customized (on close, on open, ...)
- Decimal score in scorecard
- MarketRunner version is now displayed in Eclipse
- Nicer scorecard
- Better charts axis labels
- More fixes
Known bugs:
- The statistics in the dashboard are broken. We're working on it
- Some strategies using indicators might be broken by the new API
What we are working on:
- Much better Market Runner and Indicators APIs. Warning: This will break every strategy written so far. Remember we're in Beta!
- 1h bars based on trades!
- Better looking ScoreCard with additional statistics and explanation of every value
- Download page to track every version of MarketRunner
- Online javadocs
- Better Quick start page
- External financial and mathematical libraries

You added local historical hourly data. Is it possible to test strategies on hourly data now? How?

I'm afraid we forgot to remove the hourly data in our package. Hourly bars are not ready for prime time yet but it shouldn't take long.
